A candidate must have passed the Higher-Secondary School Certificate Examination (H.S.C.) with English being one of the subjects, held at the end of XIIth standard, conducted by Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher-Secondary Education or an Examination of the another University, or any other Board recognized as equivalent there to with not less than 50% marks in the aggregate (45% marks in case of Backward class candidates from the Maharashtra State only).
All candidates seeking admission to the Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) programme are mandatorily required to appear for the MAH-AAC Examination conducted by the State Common Entrance Test Cell, Government of Maharashtra.
