Eligibility

Candidates seeking admission to this program must have: 

  1. A Bachelor of Architecture Degree (B. Arch.) from an college or institution approved by the Council of Architecture
  2. Appeared and cleared the Council of Architecture's PGETA 2025 entrance test PGETA 2025 entrance exam

Admission Process

The Admission Process for this program is in 3 stages:

  • Stage 1: PGETA 2025 Test (basic eligibility)
  • Stage 2: Submission of Completed Admission Application Form (an accompanying documents) with Statement of Purpose and Portfolio (100 marks)
  • Stage 3: Interview (200 marks)
  • Total Marks: 300

STAGE 1:
Clearing the PGETA 2025 Entrance Test conducted by the Council if Architecture with minimum 50 percentile score.

STAGE 2:
Submission of Admission Application Form with Statement of Purpose and Portfolio

Admission Application Form:

  • This completed form should be accompanied by self-attested supporting documents. These include PGETA 2025 clearance certificate, official transcripts from all previously attended institutions, along with certificates and mark sheets. 
  • A CV or resume highlighting your relevant experience and accomplishments is desirable.
  • Statement of Purpose (50 marks): This is a crucial document where you outline your academic goals, research interests, and why you're a good fit for the program (min 500 max 700 words)
  • Portfolio (50 marks): An A3 pdf of your portfolio for review (Not more than 20 sheets). Candidates who score 50 marks and above are eligible for the written exam. Candidates who score 50 marks and above are eligible for the written exam

STAGE 3:
Interview: Shortlisted candidates will qualify for the interview. (200 marks)

STAGE 4:

  • Publication of the First Merit List (along with wait-listed candidates)
  • Publication of the Second Merit List
  • Commencement of Program
